Community Guidelines

Effective August 13, 2026 · Last updated August 13, 2026

Stoveside works best when everyone can share food, ask questions, and meet others with confidence.

Be kind and constructive

Disagree with ideas, not people. Give useful feedback, respect different traditions, and keep conversations welcoming.

Share safely

Only post content you have permission to share. Do not reveal another person's private information, encourage dangerous cooking practices, or present medical claims as professional advice.

No harassment or exploitation

We do not allow threats, bullying, hate, sexual exploitation, unwanted sexual content, impersonation, scams, or attempts to move members into unsafe situations.

Keep the table honest

Do not spam, manipulate engagement, misrepresent paid sessions, or use Stoveside to sell prohibited goods or services. Be clear when content is sponsored or promotional.

Report and block

Use in-app report and block tools when something feels wrong. Include enough context for our team to review the concern. Do not retaliate against someone who makes a report.

How we respond

We may remove content, limit visibility, pause features, or suspend accounts. Serious or repeated violations may result in permanent account closure. We consider context, severity, and safety when making decisions.
